Amy E. Hoffer, a 55-year-old woman from Erie, PA, tragically passed away on August 28, 2021, at her residence on Lincoln Avenue. Amy was born on February 14, 1966, in Leechburg, PA, and worked at The Plastek Group for 30 years. She was a loving mother to her two sons, Paul and Nicholas Hoffer, and was known for her involvement in her community, including singing at the Cathedral of St. Paul.
