In a tragic and horrifying turn of events, 46-year-old Carla Forde lost her life in her Pottstown, Pennsylvania home. The incident, which unfolded on a Monday morning in October 2021, was a brutal act of domestic violence that ended in a murder-suicide. Responding to a 911 call from a neighbor who reported a shooting, police arrived at the Chestnut Street residence to find a grim scene.
