Ajani Lane, a 4-year-old boy from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically died on November 22, 2021, after accidentally shooting himself in the head. First responders discovered Ajani suffering from a gunshot wound in his home early that morning. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The incident is believed to have been an accident, as Ajani somehow got hold of a gun and accidentally discharged it.
