Kelvin Perez Montolvo, a 23-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity from Hazle Township, tragically lost his life on December 12, 2021, in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He was pronounced dead at St. Luke’s Hospital Sacred Heart Campus at 5:25 p.m. that evening. The cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound, and the incident was ruled a homicide by the Lehigh County Coroner’s office.
