On March 14, 2022, 17-year-old D'Andre Snipes was tragically killed in Easton, Pennsylvania. Snipes, who was African American, was found in the front driver's seat of an SUV with gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. The case has been a significant focus for the Northampton County District Attorney's Office, which is seeking the death penalty against Robinson. The investigation revealed that Robinson used a Glock 9mm, Denizard used a .380 caliber handgun, and Cagle used a 9mm Smith & Wesson.
