Sha'Qual Khyree Mercer, a 28-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Chester, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on April 17, 2022. He was known affectionately as "Shack" or "Prescott" by his friends and family. ShaQual was a beloved son, brother, father, and friend who was remembered for his playful nature and his love for his family.
