In the spring of 2011, the life of 30-year-old Terrell Payton, an African-American male, was tragically cut short in Detroit, Michigan. On April 3rd, his badly burned body was discovered inside a house on Robson Street, near Grand River. An investigation into the grim finding would soon reveal a story more sinister than the flames suggested.
