Marc Anthony Santiago-Moyer, a 24-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on July 15, 2022, in Philadelphia, PA. He was discovered lying in the street on Amber Street, having been shot multiple times. Despite the efforts of Philadelphia Police officers who rushed him to Temple University Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
