David Smith, a 55-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically died on December 28, 2022. He was found lying on the corner of Custer Street and Allegheny Avenue at around 5:03 a.m., and despite the efforts of Philadelphia Police officers who rushed him to Temple University Hospital, he was pronounced deceased upon arrival.
