Alma Allgeier Ruppert, a 38-year-old woman of German descent, tragically lost her life on March 30, 1975, in Hamilton, Ohio. She was murdered along with her husband, Leonard Ruppert Jr., their eight children, and her mother-in-law, Charity Ruppert, in what became known as the Easter Sunday Massacre. The perpetrator was her brother-in-law, James Urban Ruppert, who was 41 years old at the time.
