Marichell Chatman, a 24-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on February 13, 1994, in Bucyrus, Ohio. She was killed along with her 4-year-old daughter, Marchae Chatman, and her 39-year-old aunt, Linda Chatman, in a shooting at the Bucyrus Estates apartments. Marichell's boyfriend, Richard Warren, and her cousins, six-year-old Quanita Reeves and four-year-old Quentin Reeves, were also injured in the incident.
