Linda Chatman, a 39-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on February 13, 1994, in Bucyrus, Ohio. She was killed along with her niece, Marchae Chatman, aged 4, and her sister, Marichell Chatman, aged 24, during a shooting at the Bucyrus Estates Apartments. The incident also left Marichell's boyfriend, Richard Warren, and her cousins, Quanita Reeves, aged 7, and Quinton Reeves, aged 4, injured.
