Aaron Clayton Cowan, a 17-year-old Black male from Lima, Ohio, tragically lost his life on November 9, 1996. He was standing outside a house on South Union Street when he was shot and killed by unknown assailants during a party. At least three other people were wounded in the incident, with multiple rounds being fired toward the house.
