On February 17, 1999, seventeen-year-old Arthur Ford IV, a Black male, tragically died from a gunshot wound to the head in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred in front of 86 E. 8th Avenue, and it remains an unsolved homicide case. The Columbus Police Department has been investigating the case, but no arrests have been made, and no suspects have been identified.
