Death by Force

Brian Keith Hoskins, a 41-year-old Black male from Toledo, Ohio, tragically died on February 1, 2005. He was discovered unconscious at the corner of Nebraska & City Park after a traffic unit came across an accident. Fire personnel found that he had been shot in the chest and was later transported to St. Vincent's Medical Center, where he passed away. It appears that Hoskins was shot at another location and was fleeing the scene when he passed out and struck a parked car.
