Bouchard J. Kindall, a 24-year-old African American male from Akron, OH, tragically lost his life on July 21, 2005. He was involved in an altercation near 11:30 PM in the parking lot of B&J’s Lounge, located at 174 Cole Avenue. During this altercation, shots were fired, and Bouchard suffered a fatal gunshot wound. Despite immediate medical attention, he succumbed to his injuries.
