Darren Rene Shorty Grove

Darren Rene Shorty Grove, a 41-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on January 15, 2007, in Lorain, Ohio. Grove was found lying on the sidewalk outside his residence at 816 W. 18th St. He had been shot in the chest and managed to exit his residence before collapsing on the sidewalk. A neighbor reported hearing several shots, with one projectile entering their house. The neighbor also saw a black male with a muscular build running from the house and entering a purple four-door vehicle.
