Sherry L. Sweeney Ieropoli, a 47-year-old woman from Lisbon, Ohio, tragically died on August 24, 2008, from a gunshot wound at her home on State Route 45. She was found dead by her husband, Nicholas, and her 17-year-old son, Jesse, who were both present at the time. The investigation revealed that at least two shots were fired from a .22-caliber semiautomatic rifle, which was still loaded when found by investigators.
