Byron Marquice Walker, a 20-year-old African American male from Springfield, Ohio, tragically lost his life on January 10, 2010. Walker was born on August 31, 1989, and attended North High School in Springfield. He was remembered as a generous and active individual who loved sports and was described by his girlfriend, Leslie Wellman, as one of the sweetest people one could ever meet.
