David S. Danley Jr., a 21-year-old African American male from Dayton, Ohio, was tragically murdered on October 20, 2012. Born on August 27, 1991, in Austell, Georgia, David was known affectionately as "Turtle" and was a former audio engineering student at the International College of Broadcasting. At the time of his death, he was employed at Meijer's Distribution Center in Tipp City.
