Derrick Da Shawn Williams, an 18-year-old Black male, was tragically shot and killed on July 10, 2013, in Steubenville, Ohio. The incident occurred at approximately 3:22 AM when the Steubenville Police Department responded to reports of gunshots at 1124 Claire Avenue.
