Michael R. Boone, a 32-year-old male from Steubenville, OH, tragically passed away on February 14, 2014. Boone was involved in a high-speed pursuit with law enforcement, which ultimately led to his death. The incident began when Boone's vehicle failed to stop for troopers, prompting a chase that reached speeds of up to 60 MPH.
