Brittany A. Stykes, a 22-year-old woman from Brown County, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed on August 28, 2013. She was on her way to celebrate her father's birthday with her 18-month-old daughter, Aubree, in the car. Brittany was also pregnant at the time.
