William Walker, a 45-year-old African American man and a lieutenant in the Cleveland Fire Department, was tragically shot dead outside his home in Cleveland, Ohio, on November 3, 2013. Walker had recently married his girlfriend of two years, Uloma Curry-Walker, after she claimed to have late-stage breast cancer.
