Javon Jaraé Starghill, a 21-year-old African American male from Columbus, Ohio, tragically lost his life on January 16, 2014, after being critically injured in a shooting incident on January 9, 2014. Javon was sitting in a car with his friend Jeremy Head, 25, and a 17-year-old girl when they were attacked by gunfire outside a home on Harland Drive on the South Side of Columbus.
