William Moritz, a 45-year-old man from Clifton, OH, tragically lost his life on January 20, 2014. He was fatally shot while sitting in a car with another man in Avondale, Cincinnati. The incident occurred during a dispute over a drug deal, where Moritz claimed he had been sold less heroin than he had paid for. The other man in the car survived the shooting.
