Shawn D. Boyd Jr., a 22-year-old Black male from Columbus, Ohio, was a beloved son, father, and friend whose life was tragically cut short. On May 1, 2014, Shawn was in the area of East Livingston Avenue and Lonsdale Road when he became the victim of a senseless act of gun violence.
