On July 20, 2016, Javonne Mundell, a 3-month-old infant, tragically passed away in Columbus, Ohio. The incident took place in the 3700 block of Burnell Circle West, and emergency responders transported Javonne to Nationwide Children's Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 4:37 p.m. The Franklin County Coroner's Office conducted an autopsy, but details of the cause of death were not immediately provided, leaving many questions unanswered.
