On the night of July 7, 2013, Glenn Simley, aged 28, was fatally shot in a double homicide on the southeast side of Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred near 930 Oakwood Avenue around 10:20 p.m. when Simley, along with another victim, Martaveious Arnold, was attacked while sitting in a car. According to reports, the vehicle rolled forward and eventually came to rest against an embankment.
