Death by Force

On May 8, 2014, Fallon Hale, a 30-year-old woman from Elmwood Place, Ohio, tragically lost her life in what was determined to be an apparent murder-suicide. She was found dead inside the apartment of Zarrell West, a 59-year-old man, who also died from a gunshot wound. Police believe that West shot Hale before turning the gun on himself. The motive behind the incident remains unclear, and the nature of the relationship between Hale and West is still unknown.
