Dean Ochi, a 43-year-old male of Japanese ethnicity, was found dead on August 7, 2014, in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Ochi, who served as a contracted athletic trainer from the Cleveland Clinic at Mayfield High School, was facing multiple felony charges at the time of his death. He had been indicted on 14 felony counts, including 10 counts of sexual battery, one count of disseminating material harmful to a minor, and three counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.
