Helen A. Shreve, a 28-year-old white female, tragically lost her life on October 29, 2014, in Columbus, Ohio. On the night of October 28, 2014, at approximately 1:36 a.m., patrol officers were dispatched to West Town Street and South Yale Avenue on the report of an unresponsive female lying in the street.
