Helen A. Shreve, a 28-year-old white female, tragically lost her life on October 29, 2014, in Columbus, Ohio. On the night of October 28, 2014, at approximately 1:36 a.m., patrol officers were dispatched to West Town Street and South Yale Avenue on the report of an unresponsive female lying in the street. Responding officers found Ms. Shreve in front of 1194 West Town Street, where she had sustained a gunshot wound to the upper body. She was transported to a local hospital but succumbed to her i ...
