Kelsey Louise Crook, a 27-year-old Caucasian woman from Somerset, Ohio, tragically passed away on November 10, 2014. She was a dedicated Registered Nurse at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and was known for her loving nature and devotion to her three children, Hunter, Morgan, and Waylon. Kelsey's life was cut short in what was determined to be an apparent murder-suicide.
