Patrick Washington, a 23-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on November 17, 2014, in Lockland, Ohio. He was one of two men who were involved in a double shooting incident. According to reports, Washington and Velar Brown, 32, shot each other during an altercation in the 600 block of West Wyoming Avenue.
