Anthony Lamont Elliott, a 26-year-old African American man from Hamilton, Ohio, tragically lost his life on January 5, 2015, in West Chester, Ohio. Elliott was fatally shot at the Meadow Ridge apartment complex near Blossom Street shortly before 5 p.m. The incident was confirmed as a homicide by investigators, and police identified a suspect believed to be a black man wearing a red hooded sweatshirt with a yellow emblem.
