Vincent L. Brown Jr., a 55-year-old African American man from Fairfield, OH, tragically died on March 22, 2015. His death was ruled a homicide following a large fight outside Wise Guy's Bar and Grill in Fairfield. Brown suffered gunshot wounds during the altercation and was pronounced dead early the next morning. A second person, a 22-year-old woman, was also injured in the incident but her injuries were not life-threatening.
