Sixteen-year-old Sydney Garcia-Tovar, a Hispanic female, was tragically shot and killed on July 23, 2018, in Fairfield Township, Ohio. She was with a group of people outside Tyler's Creek Townhomes when bullets struck her car as she was leaving, hitting her in the back of the head. Garcia-Tovar was rushed to a local hospital but sadly passed away the next day.
