Shane Ramone Collins Jr., a 21-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on April 23, 2015, in Columbus, Ohio. Shane was shot while seated in the passenger seat of a car on Stelzer Road near Johnstown Road. Despite extensive investigations, the case remains unsolved, and no arrests have been made. The Ohio Attorney General's Office continues to seek information from the public to help solve this case.
