Roderick L. Blackburn Jr., a 25-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on June 5, 2015, in Jefferson Township, Ohio. He was shot while sitting in his car in the Napoleon’s Place parking lot on Germantown Pike. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office took charge of the investigation into his death.
