Joseph Scott Sagar, a 28-year-old male, was tragically found shot to death in the backyard of a home on E. Columbus Street in Mount Sterling, Ohio, on July 15, 2015. The incident was reported by Arica Blunt, who called authorities around 2:30 a.m. to report a robbery situation involving her father, Joseph Blunt. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Sagar, who was Blunt's nephew, dead from a gunshot wound.
