Javaris Lewis, a 24-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on October 5, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident occurred at the Green Arbor Apartments on Kentucky Avenue, where police were called to the scene shortly before 9 p.m. on reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers found Lewis dead in the parking lot.
