On November 26, 2015, Glenn Stepp, a 46-year-old male from Franklin, Ohio, was fatally shot in an alley near 29 Volney Avenue in Franklin Township. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Glenn Stepp with a gunshot wound to the upper body. He was transported to Mount Carmel West Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
