Zachary Biller, a 25-year-old Caucasian male from Port Clinton, Ohio, tragically died on December 31, 2015. He was born on September 3, 1990, to Pamela C. Martin and Bradley E. Biller. Zachary graduated from Otsego High School in 2008 and attended classes at Owens Community College and Bowling Green State University.
