On May 13, 2016, 23-year-old Davonte McLean was tragically killed in Cleveland, OH, in a drive-by shooting. McLean, who was African American, was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the area of East 80th and Cedar. He was taken to University Hospitals, where he was pronounced dead. The Cuyahoga County Coroner ruled the cause of death as multiple gunshot wounds.
