Diamond Russell, a 19-year-old African American male from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on May 18, 2016. He was found unresponsive around 11:43 p.m. in the area of Euclid and Superior Avenues. Russell was later pronounced dead at University Hospital. The circumstances surrounding his death were determined to be the result of a fatal shooting.
