Eric Bouldin, age 39, was tragically killed on December 13, 2011, in Detroit, Michigan. The incident took place behind Ralph Bunche Academy, located on Detroit's northeast side, in the 2000 block of Macomb near Chene and Lafayette Streets. At approximately 6:30 p.m., Bouldin was with the suspect when multiple gunshots were heard. The suspect fled the scene, leaving Bouldin mortally wounded.
