Damien Testfi, a 16-year-old male from Columbus, OH, tragically died on June 24, 2016, from an apparent gunshot wound in the 3400 block of Oak Bend Boulevard. The incident occurred just before 8:30 PM, and Columbus police named 18-year-old Elijah Morgan as the suspect in the case.
