Timothy James Dugan, a 36-year-old man from Hamilton, Ohio, tragically passed away on September 6, 2016. He was found shot to death inside an apartment on Maple Avenue in Hamilton. Timothy did not reside at the apartment where he was discovered. The Butler County Coroner's Office ruled his death a homicide.
Following the incident, Hamilton Police Department launched an investigation. On April 5, 2017, Robert L. Bishop, a 45-year-old man from Hamilton, was arrested and charged with Timothy
