Jerron J. McDowell, a 23-year-old African American male from Dayton, Ohio, was tragically killed on September 19, 2016, in Trotwood, OH. His death was ruled a homicide by the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office due to a perforating gunshot wound to the abdomen. McDowell was found shot multiple times around 9:30 p.m. on Olive Road and was later pronounced dead at Good Samaritan Hospital.
