Jarrell Plummer, a 23-year-old male from Fairborn, Ohio, tragically died on November 21, 2016. According to reports, Plummer was found barely breathing in his apartment on West Dayton-Yellow Springs Road. He was later pronounced dead at a local hospital. The circumstances surrounding his death were initially unclear, but it was later determined that he had been shot.
